Phase 2:
Detox
This phase will last 5-10 days and will follow a simple elimination food plan and body relaxation practices.
Phase 3:
Reintroduce Foods
This last phase will allow you to reintroduce foods back into your diet- One by one- to identify food sensitivities and intolerances. Now you will be able to create a maintenance food plan that best serves your unique body and jumpstart your energy.
